NTEP certification must be renewed periodically through a qualified inspection process. We perform NTEP recertification in the field. If your certification has lapsed, if you purchased a used scale and need to establish its status, or if you are simply not sure whether your scale is currently legal for trade, contact us.

Scheduled visits covering platform inspection, load cell testing, approach ramp and hardware checks, indicator verification, calibration confirmation, and documentation. Operations with preventive maintenance programs have fewer emergency service calls and lower total service costs over time.

Load cells are the measurement core of any electronic scale. When one fails or drifts beyond tolerance, the scale fails with it. We carry load cells for all major brands and perform field replacement on most systems without taking the scale out of service.

We service existing indicators and upgrade older systems to current digital units. Upgrade features that benefit operations most often include remote display capability, printer integration for legal-for-trade documentation, and data output for herd management or fleet software.
